In September, The Cooper-Young Festival, hosted by the Cooper-Young Business Association (CYBA), is Memphis’ most anticipated outdoor celebration. Held in Memphis’ largest historic district, the Cooper Young Festival is a true celebration of the arts, people, culture, and Memphis heritage.
